We will gladly repair, return, or exchange (at our discretion)  products that are malfunctioning due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase or manufactures warranty terms, requirements and warranty period whichever is greater.  Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.  

Special Order, Closeout, Custom Built Products, electronic parts that are opened are non-Returnable. 

Most other items are returnable for credit within 30 days, however, returns for credit are at sole discretion of  PTAC Solutions and/or manufacturer and are subject to restocking charges (typically 20%), transportation charges, and final inspection before credit is issued. PTAC Solutions and/or manufacturers reserve to right to continually improve products and supply most recent versions of items ordered that meets or exceed specifications of the item ordered in form, fit and function, and are subject to any applicable restocking and shipping fee if returned.

Include Your Contact Information, Original Order Information, Item(s) and Qty Requesting to Return, and Reason For Return Request.

To avoid issues in prolonging, or missing credit, do not return any item without first requesting and obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and specific return address and tagging for your return.
To receive credit all item returned must be, new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging and packaged for return properly. Return freight cost and insurance is customer responsibility.
