Defective Products
Products that are determined to be defective due to manufacturing defects or workmanship are eligible for repair, replacement, or return, at the sole discretion of PTAC Solutions, for 30 days from the original purchase date or for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is longer.
Incorrect Shipments
If PTAC Solutions ships an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error, the item may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for replacement or refund. We will work promptly to correct any shipping errors.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special order products
- Closeout or clearance items
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Opened electronic components or electrical parts
- Any other items designated as non-returnable by the manufacturer
Standard Returns
Most other products may be eligible for return for credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All returns for credit are subject to the approval of PTAC Solutions and/or the product manufacturer. Approved returns may be subject to:
- Restocking fees (typically 20%)
- Original and/or return shipping charges
- Inspection upon receipt to verify the item is complete, unused (when applicable), and in resalable condition
Credit will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and successfully inspected.
